About Our Services

We come together on the first Sunday of each month in the afternoon at 3pm for a service of worship and celebration at the Friends Meeting House, 150 Church Road, Watford, WD17 4QB.

Our services consist of readings, prayers, hymns, music and silence to aid contemplation in our busy world. There is also an address given by a visiting speaker.

Twice a year we hold a congregational service when a theme is chosen and each member contributes instead of a visiting speaker. The result is always pleasantly surprising by its creativity.

Each service is followed by refreshments and conversation.

In addition, we meet in the middle of each month, usually via Zoom, to discuss issues and concerns, or an agreed theme, and to be with each other in fellowship.
